 Transeuro Energy is a junior oil and gas exploration and development company pursuing opportunities in Canada and Eastern Europe, in Ukraine and Armenia. The Company owns an interest in Eaglewood Energy Inc that is exploring for oil and gas in Papua New Guinea.

The company strategy is to target challenging locations to secure large assets with significant potential in the range of Tcf's for gas and 100 million barrel oil reserves. Challenging locations include remote, extreme weather conditions, such as those in Northern Canada, or difficult business environment and operating areas such as Ukraine.
