 After selling its 4 Licensees on the 1st of Oct, 2007 for 30 million shares to Eaglewood Energy Inc. ("Eaglewood") Transeuro owned 52% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Eaglewood and has a back in right for 10% working interest after 3 wells have been drilled.

Transeuro sold 20.80 million shares in 2009 and now holds 9.3 million shares, approximately 12% of Eaglewood.

Eaglewood is an international oil and gas exploration company with properties in Papua New Guinea. The Company has an operating office in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; technical resources in Dubai, UAE and a corporate office in Calgary, Canada.
