 After selling its 4 Licensees on the 1st of Oct, 2007 for 30 million shares to Eaglewood Energy Inc. ("Eaglewood") Transeuro owns 52% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Eaglewood and has a back in right for 10% working interest.
